I get a lot of questions about hair growth. I can touch on some things that I have been doing religiously and consistently during my hair growth journey. Your rate of hair growth is genetic or something that you are born with. It is not necessarily something that you can change. What you can do is make sure your hair is in tip-top shape. Don’t compare yourself to other naturals hair growth. There are some things that you can be doing to prohibit your hair from growing but not necessarily. I am just sharing some tips you can use to make sure your hair is at its healthiest and happiest. Once your hair is healthy and happy it will be growing as fast as it is genetically wired to do.
Stay away from heavy products by switching to lighter products like Diva Curls and Camille Rose has some amazing products. Products that are super moisturizing but not heavy like butters. Natural hair craves moisture and water is moisture. So you don’t want to use all that heavy stuff. Heavy oils become a barrier preventing your hair from getting the moisture.
